We understand the necessity of on-time delivery and put every effort to send your order as soon as possible. In general, we need around 1 to 2 working days to process your order and email notification will be sent while the delivery is arranged. However, delivery may be prolonged due to local conditions such as weather condition, customs, congestion of courier services and a cause demand for the product. - Deliver to designated industrial, commercial or residential address, SF Stores or EF Locker, convenience stores, etc.
Purchase HKD$499 or less per order (HKD$30 Shipping Fee)
Purchase HKD$500 or above per order (Free Shipping)
Delivery lead time is around 1 to 2 days for industrial and commercial areas; around 2-3 days for residential areas.
Designated industrial, commercial or residential buildings include Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, and separate island districts.
We appoint SF Express as our delivery service operator by default. We may make the arrangement of entrusting other delivery service operator or using other delivery methods depending upon different situations.

We appoint SF Express to handle the delivery service in Hong Kong and Macau regions. Destinations of delivery service are subject to SF Express. If you have any inquiries regarding the delivery district, please feel free to check with our customer service center before placing an order.
Rainstorm and/or typhoon warning delivery arrangements
Yellow or red rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 3 or below: Delivery service remains unchanged, but there may be delays due to deteriorating road conditions.
Black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal No. 8 or above, Severe flooding, blocked or closed roads due to weather condition, building that is under the compulsory testing list. The delivery service will be suspended and the delivery schedule will be arranged accordingly.
If any product(s) that is/are not included in the order and is/are delivered to the customer by mistake, Microworks Online Store reserves the right to take back the mis-delivered product(s).
